Willingness of Working at Grassroots Medical Institution Among Demand-oriented Rural Medical Students in Chongqing and Its Influencing Factors

目的:了解重庆市农村订单定向医学生基层服务意愿及其影响因素,为提高农村订单定向医学生基层服务意愿提供参考。方法:采用整群抽样法,以重庆市378名农村订单定向医学生为研究对象,对其进行问卷调查。结果:共得到360份有效问卷,15.56%的农村订单定向医学生愿意在履约期满后继续留在基层工作,农村订单定向医学生基层服务意愿在平均月收入、规培所学知识和技能与实际工作需要的吻合度上存在统计学差异(P<0.05),影响农村订单定向医学生基层服务意愿的因素有薪酬待遇、单位的管理制度、在单位受重用程度和职业发展前景。结论:农村订单定向医学生基层服务意愿较低,建议加强政策补贴与落实、优化基层管理模式、提高培训质量,促进农村订单定向医学生的继续教育,以提高其基层服务意愿。

Objective:To understand willingness of working at grassroots medical institution and influencing factors of demand-oriented rural medical students in Chongqing,so as to provide reference for promoting the willingness of demand-oriented rural medical students to stay at the grassroots medical institution.Methods:The cluster sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 378 demand-oriented rural medical students in Chongqing.Results:A total of 360 valid questionnaires were obtained.15.56%of demand-oriented rural medical students were willing to stay at the grassroots medical institution after the performance period expires.Significant variations in willingness to serve at the grassroots medical institution were found to be related to the average monthly income,the consistency between the knowledge and skills of standardized training and the actual work needs(P<0.05).The factors that affected the willingness of working at grassroots medical institution of demand-oriented rural medical students included work income,organization management,degree of appreciation in the organization and career development prospects.Conclusion:Demand-oriented rural medical students have low willingness to serve at the grassroots medical institution.It is recommended to strengthen policy subsidies and implementation,optimize grassroots management mode,improve training quality,and promote continuing education of demand-oriented rural medical students,so as to improve their willingness of working at grassroots medical institution.
