摘要
目的:调查分析医学生A型行为类型、睡眠质量现状及其相关性,为采取有针对性干预措施提供科学依据。方法:采用A型行为类型问卷和匹兹堡睡眠质量量表调查、测量湖北省某高校医学生的A型行为类型和睡眠质量的现状,并分析两者的相关性。结果:共得到710份有效问卷,医学生A型行为总分和时间匆忙感得分与主观睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍维度得分、PSQI总分存在相关性(P<0.05);竞争意识及敌意得分与主观睡眠质量、入睡时间、日间功能障碍维度得分、PSQI总分存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论:医学生A型行为与睡眠质量存在相关性;为改善医学生睡眠质量,建议在减轻学业负担和加强智能电子设备使用管理基础上,采取健康教育、心理辅导和体育干预综合措施,减少紧张焦虑情绪,调整A型行为模式,促进身心健康。
Objective:To investigate and analyze medical students'type A behavior,the status of sleep quality and their correlation,so as to provide the scientific basis for the adoption of targeted intervention measures.Methods:Using Type A Behavior Pattern Questionnaire and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale to survey the status of type A behavior pattern and sleep quality of medical students from a university in Hubei province and analyze their correlation.Results:A total of 710 valid questionnaires were obtained.The score of type A behavior and the score of time hurry of medical students were correlated with the score of subjective sleep quality,time to fall asleep,sleep disorder,daytime dysfunction,and the total score of PSQI(P<0.05).The score of competitive awareness and hostility was correlated with the score of subjective sleep quality,time to fall asleep,daytime dysfunction,and the total score of PSQI(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medical students'type A behavior is correlated with their sleep quality.In order to improve the sleep quality of medical students,it's recommended to take comprehensive measures of health education,psychological counseling and physical intervention on the basis of reducing the academic burden and strengthening the management of the use of intelligent electronic devices,so as to reduce anxiety,adjust the type A behavior pattern,and promote physical and mental health.
