摘要
采用动电位和恒电位扫描方法研究了2205双相不锈钢在不同温度、不同极化电位和不同Cl^(-)含量情况下的点蚀行为。结果表明:随着温度升高,2205双相不锈钢的点蚀击穿电位下降,钝化区间变窄;2205双相不锈钢在6%NaCl溶液中的临界点蚀温度约为56℃;当Cl^(-)质量分数为6%~24%时,随Cl^(-)含量增大,临界点蚀温度降低,但幅度较小,腐蚀电流增长幅度较大。温度和极化电位对2205双相不锈钢点蚀行为的影响较大,在所研究范围内,Cl^(-)含量的影响较小。
Pitting behavior of 2205 duplex stainless steel at different temperatures,different polarization potentials and different Cl^(-)content was studied by potentiodynamic and constant potential scanning.The results showed that as the temperature increased,the pitting breakdown potential of 2205 duplex stainless steel decreased and the passivation interval narrowed.The critical pitting temperature of 2205 duplex stainless steel in 6%NaCl solution was about 56℃.When the mass fraction of Cl^(-)was 6%-24%,with the increase of Cl^(-)content,the critical pitting temperature decreased,but the amplitude was relatively small,and the corrosion current increased greatly.Temperature and polarization potential had a great influence on the pitting behavior of 2205 duplex stainless steel.In the research range,the influence of Cl^(-)content was small.
