摘要
采用数字图像处理(DIP)方法,测定了7种花岗岩机制砂和1种河砂的粒形特征,对各种粒形参数进行了相关性分析。结果表明:7种机制砂样的纵横比、长宽比、半径比和圆度四个粒形参数值总体上高于河砂;同一砂样同一粒级中不同砂颗粒的球体类似度差别较大,而同一砂样的粒型系数基本不随砂颗粒粒级的变化而变化;纵横比、半径比、圆度和粒型系数4个粒形参数之间存在较强相关性。
The particle shape characteristics of seven kinds of granite manufactured sands and a kind of river sand were measured by digital image processing(DIP)method,and the correlation analysis of various particle shape parameters was carried out.The results showed that the four shape parameter values of the seven manufactured sands,including aspect ratio,length-width ratio,radius ratio and roundness,are generally higher than those of river sand.And the sphere similarity of different sand particles in the same grain size fraction of the same sand sample was quite different,while the grain type coefficient of the same sand sample basically did not change with the change of sand particle size fraction.There was a good correlation among the four particle shape parameters of aspect ratio,radius ratio,roundness and grain shape coefficient.
