摘要
介绍了沥青混凝土用钢渣的陈化处理、破碎分级以及试验检测要求。钢渣选材加工集料时应从源头加强质量控制,以避免重金属污染和体积安定性不良。钢渣集料应合理分级,避免混料使用,陈化过程中陈化产物会形成隔离层影响钢渣与沥青粘附。钢渣集料宜用于沥青路面表面磨耗层以充分发挥其力学和成本优势。
The weathering treatment,crushing,screening and testing of steel slag used for asphalt concreteis were introduced in this paper.Quality control should be strengthened at source when selecting materials for aggregate processing,which allows for low risk for heavy metal contamination and poor volume stability.It is necessary for reasonable aggregate screening to avoid the use of mixed slag.The weathering product will form an isolation layer to affect the adhesion of steel slag to asphalt.Steel slag aggregate should be used in asphalt pavement surface wearing courser to give full play to its mechanical and cost advantages.
