摘要
为了进一步提升管桩混凝土的耐久性能,采用硅烷、水剂型环氧树脂、丙烯酸酯涂料和聚合物防水砂浆四种表面涂层对管桩混凝土进行处理,通过试验不同表面涂层对管桩混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能、抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能、抗冻性能的影响,研究不同表面涂层的提升效果。试验结果表明:水剂型环氧树脂、丙烯酸酯涂料、硅烷三种表面涂层均能显著提升管桩混凝土的耐久性,聚合物防水砂浆基本没有提升效果。
In order to further improve the durability of pipe pile concrete,four surface coatings of silane,water-based epoxy resin,acrylate paint and polymer waterproof mortar were used to treat pipe pile concrete.The resistance of pipe pile concrete was tested by different surface coatings.And the effects of chloride ion permeability resistance,sulfate resistance and frost resistance on the improvement of different surface coatings were studied.The test results show that the three surface coatings of water-based epoxy resin,acrylate paint and silane can significantly improve the durability of pipe pile concrete,while the polymer waterproof mortar basically has no effect.
