摘要
为探索采用白色硅酸盐水泥混凝土建造高强桥塔的可行性,采用白色硅酸盐水泥和普通硅酸盐水泥制备C60高强混凝土,研究水泥类型对混凝土工作性能(坍落度、扩展度、含气量和倒置坍落度筒排空时间)和力学性能(抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和弹性模量)的影响,同时复掺矿粉和不同含量石灰石粉以降低水泥用量。试验结果表明:白色水泥混凝土工作性更佳,掺入石灰石粉可提高浆体工作性;白色水泥混凝土早期抗压强度更高,但28 d和56 d抗压强度低于普通混凝土,其劈裂抗拉强度稍高于普通混凝土;水泥类型对混凝土弹性模量无显著影响;石粉的掺入会降低混凝土力学性能。
In order to explore the feasibility of using white portland cement concrete to construct high-strength bridge towers,white portland cement and ordinary portland cement were used to prepare C60 high-strength concrete.The effect of cement types on the working performance and mechanical properties of concrete was studied,and mixed mineral powder and different content of limestone powder was used to reduce cement content.The test results show that:white cement concrete has better workability,and the mixing of limestone powder can improve the workability of the paste;the early compressive strength of white cement concrete is higher,but the 28 d and 56 d compressive strength are lower than ordinary concrete,and its splitting tensile strength slightly higher than ordinary concrete;the type of cement has no significant effect on the elastic modulus of concrete;the incorporation of stone powder will reduce the mechanical properties of concrete.
