摘要
为彻底去除智能手机盖板上的玻璃周围瑕疵,该文设计了一种基于台达DVP15MC利用CANopen总线实现的多轴控制和同步的低成本的系统解决方案。该设计方案结构合理、功能完备、成本低、通信稳定,能够有效提高智能手机盖板玻璃四周的打磨精度,满足各种工艺需要。
In order to completely remove the defects around the glass on the smart phone cover,this article designs a low-cost system solution based on Delta DVP15MC which using CANopen bus to achieve multi-axis control and synchronization.The design scheme has reasonable structure,complete functions,low cost,and stable communication.It can effectively improve the polishing accuracy around the cover glass of the smartphone and meet the needs of various processes.
