摘要
分析了在线常压热分解CVD工艺制备的F掺杂SnO_(2)薄膜LOW-E玻璃生产中影响镀膜周期和产品质量的若干因素,通过稳定浮法工艺制度、改进反应装置、优化镀膜操作来延长镀膜生产周期、提高产品质量。
This paper analyzes the factors that affect the times of production cycle and the quality of Low Emissivity Coating Glass.By stabilizing the production process,improving the manufacturing facilities and optimizing the operation,the times of production cycle can be extended and the product quality can be improved.
