摘要
研究了混凝土抗侵蚀抑制剂对C40机制砂海工混凝土性能的影响。试验结果表明:混凝土抗侵蚀抑制剂的掺入,一定程度上改善了混凝土的和易性,使混凝土各个龄期的抗压强度提高6.6%~12%,还降低了混凝土的吸水率、氯离子扩散系数,抑制有害离子在混凝土内部的传输,为延缓钢筋锈蚀提供保障,提高了混凝土基体的耐久性。
The effect of concrete anti-corrosion inhibitor on the performance of C40 machine-made sand marine engineering concrete was investigated.The test results show that the incorporation of anti-corrosion inhibitor of concrete improves the workability of concrete to a certain extent,and increases the compressive strength of concrete at all ages by 6.6%~12%,in addition,it significantly reduces water absorption and chloride ion diffusion coefficient of concrete,effectively suppresses the transmission of harmful ions in concrete,provides a guarantee for delaying steel bar corrosion,and improves the durability of concrete matrix.
