摘要
晚期前列腺癌的治疗在过去十年取得了重要的进展。一些新的药物已经被批准对转移性去势抵抗性前列腺癌有显著的总体生存益处,包括化疗(多西他赛、卡巴他赛),新的激素疗法(阿比特龙、恩扎鲁胺),靶向治疗和免疫疗法。与单纯激素疗法相比,化疗、放疗等联合雄激素剥夺疗法获得了显著的总体生存益处。这些疗法的适当治疗顺序对于最大限度地提高去势敏感和去势抵抗性患者的临床效益是非常重要的。新的治疗方法也在不断的探索中。
The past decade witnessed important advances in the treatment of advanced prostate cancer and several new drugs have been approved with significant overall survival benefits for metastatic caste-resistant prostate cancer,including docetaxel andcapbazitazidefor chemotherapy and abi rate rone andnzalulamidefor hormone therapy and there were targeted therapy,and immunotherapy as well.Compared with hormone therapy alone,chemotherapy and radiotherapy combined with androgen deprivation therapy yielded significant overall survival benefits.The appropriate treatment sequence of these therapies is important to maximize the clinical benefits of patients with sensitive and resistant castration.New treatments are also being explored.
