摘要
目的优化小儿咽扁颗粒薄层色谱的鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对小儿咽扁颗粒现行质量标准中金银花、射干、金果榄、玄参的鉴别进行统一和优化,增加桔梗的鉴别方法。结果对现行质量标准中4个薄层色谱方法进行了优化,优化后实现了只取样1次,采用不同极性溶剂进行提取,分3个薄层色谱系统展开,采用不同的检视方式对金银花、射干、金果榄、玄参和桔梗等五味药的鉴别。新方法减少了样品的取样量,简化了供试品溶液的制备方法,提高了实验效率,降低了实验成本,增加了实验的准确性,采用对照药材代替化学对照品作为标准品,并增加桔梗的TLC鉴别,TLC图斑点清晰,分离度较好且阴性样品无干扰。结论本试验所建立的方法减少样品用量、简化处理步骤、提高检测效率、降低检测成本,专属性强,重复性好,较好地优化了小儿咽扁颗粒的薄层色谱法。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the thin layer chromatography(TLC)identification of XiaoEr YanBian granules.METHODS TLC was used to unify and optimize the identification of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,Belamcandae Rhizoma,Tinosporae Radix,Scrophulariae Radix and Platycodonis Radix,and the identification of Platycodonis Radix was added.RESULTS Four TLC methods were optimized in Current Standard.Through one-time sampling,different extraction solvents and three developing solvents that identificated Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,Belamcandae Rhizoma,Tinosporae Radix,Scrophulariae Radix and Platycodonis Radix by different inspection methods.The new method had advantages of the less sample volume,simplify the operation,incresed the efficiency,cut the cost,improved the accuracy,and used the standard herbs instead of reference substance.The spots in TLC of Platycodon grandiflorum were clear and easy to be identified,negative control without interference.CONCLUSION The method is specific and accurate,and can reduce the sample,simplify the processing steps,improve the detection efficiency and reduce testing costs,and greatly optimized the TLC of XiaoEr YanBian granules.
