摘要
对水性涂料中气泡的产生及稳定进行了阐述,同时介绍了消泡剂的种类及特点。通过溶解性实验、高速搅拌实验以及应用实验,评价了4组不同种类的消泡剂组合在单组分水性丙烯酸面漆中的消泡性能,并讨论了影响水性涂料泡沫的因素。
The formation and stability of bubbles in waterborne coatings are described in this paper.The types and characteristics of defoamers are also introduced.The defoaming performance of four groups of defoamers in one-component waterborne acrylic topcoat was evaluated through the solubility experiment,high-speed stirring experiment,and application experiment.The factors influencing foam of waterborne coatings are discussed.
