Supplements Related to the Origin and Occurrence of “Chang’an Painting School”

本文根据"长安画派"代表画家方济众迄今未公开出版的《方济众手记》提供的资料,回顾、讨论20世纪60年代崛起于西北地区的"长安画派"是如何建构及传播的。通过首次披露当事人亲笔资料,本文力图亲近的除却历史事实外,更想指出我们关于"长安画派"以及20世纪其他画派的研究,不是可以告一段落,而是有重新启动的必要。这种"启动"应该是我们精神重启的一个部分。

This paper reviews and discusses how the Chang’an Painting School, which emerged in the northwest China in the 1960 s, was constructed and spread, based on the information provided in the hitherto unpublished Handbook of Fang Jizhong by Fang Jizhong, a representative painter of the Chang’an Painting School. By disclosing for the first time the handwritten information of the person concerned, this paper seeks to point out that, in addition to historical facts, our research on the Chang’an Painting School and other schools of painting in the 20 th century is not ready to end, but needs to be restarted. This restart should be a part of our spiritual restart.
