摘要
结合LabVIEW和PLC设计,实现虚实结合控制系统。介绍系统架构及原理,上位机利用LabVIEW设计人机交互界面,PLC下位机连接上位机、执行器并结合通信软件MX component实现无缝通信,实现基于LabVIEW的上位机对执行器界面化、可视化的在线监控,达到对PLC及执行器进行虚实结合控制、管理的目的。虚实结合系统应用于学校教学,以提高教学质量,也可应用于工业生产中,提高操作人员对设备的规范操作、有效管理。
The virtuality-reality combinational control system is designed and realized using LabVIEW and PLC.Firstly,this paper introduces the framework and principle of the system.The human-computer interaction interface of the upper computer is designed using LabVIEW.The lower computer is PLC.The PLC connects the upper computer and the actuator.The system uses MX component to achieve seamless communication between the upper computer,the lower computer and the actuator.The system achieves that the upper computer based on LabVIEW monitors the actuator intelligently and online.It also achieves virtuality-reality combinational control and management.The virtuality-reality combinational system can be used in school teaching to improve the quality of teaching,the system also can be used in industrial manufacture to improve the standard operation and effective management of equipment.
