本科人才培养质量保障体系的重构、优化及运行研究

Research on the Reconstruction,Optimization and Operation of the Quality Assurance System of Undergraduate Talent Training

分析了目前本科人才培养质量保障体系的不足,探索并实践了学院一级教学部门重构该体系的新思路、新举措。遵循新的重构原则,提出了改变学生被动学习,提升教师专业水平,确保质量保障与监控实效的办法。经过重构,在一定程度上,激活了教师对人才培养的内驱力,激发了学生主动学习的动力,教师的教学荣誉感得以提升。试运行后的成效已初步显现。

The shortcomings of the current quality assurance system for undergraduate talent training are analyzed,and the new ideas and measures for the system reconstruction are explored and practiced by the teaching department of the college.Reconstruction principle,some measures are put forward to change students'passive learning,improve teachers'professional level,and ensure quality assurance and monitoring effectiveness.After reconstruction,to a certain extent,it has activated the internal driving force of personnel training,stimulated the students'active learning motivation,and promoted the teachers'sense of honor in teaching.After the trial operation,the effect has initially appeared.
