基于多梯度创新团队建设的本科实践教学研究 被引量:3

摘要 对本科生创新能力的培养需要探索多种模式。针对适用于本科生加入科研团队、参与科研创新项目的实践教学活动进行了研究,提出多梯度创新团队建设的教学改革思路。采用本硕贯通联合多梯度教学实践团队的方式,整合教学资源,营建多梯度项目创新团队,着力培养多层次技术创新人才。项目创新实践活动取得了初步成果。本次改革使我校机电专业的本科创新实践活动增加了一种新模式,该模式可进一步推广到其他专业中,具有重要的实践意义。 The innovative ability training of undergraduates needs to develop by some kinds of models explored.This paper carried out scientific research and innovation projects which is adapted for undergraduates to participate in teaching activities.And the teaching reform ideas of multi-gradient innovation team building have been proposed.Lots of work have been done,such as adopting the method of combining throughout undergraduate and master with the multi-gradient teaching practice team,integrating teaching resources,building a multi-gradient project innovation team,and focusing on training multi-level technical innovation talents.The practice activities have achieved initial results.This reform adds a new model to the undergraduate innovation and practice activities of the mechanical and electrical majors in our school.This model can be further extended to other majors and has important practical significance.
