螺纹钢波浪弯的产生原因及工艺优化 被引量:1

摘要 针对鄂城钢铁棒二车间在生产Φ25~32 mm螺纹钢时,成品出现周期性的波浪弯缺陷的情况,从理论及实际两方面分析了螺纹钢成品波浪弯的产生原因,并提出了相应的工艺改进措施。通过修改标识排列方式、优化横筋及标识字符的加工参数、制定加工标准等措施,螺纹钢波浪弯现象得到明显改善,每米最大弯曲度约3 mm,总弯曲度、每米弯曲度均控制在标准要求的范围内,减少了非计划换辊、换孔时间,提高了生产效率和产品质量。 In view of the periodic wave bending defects during the production ofΦ25~32 mm rebar in the No.2 bar workshop of Echeng Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the causes of wave bending of rebar products were analyzed from both theoretical and practical aspects,and the corresponding process improvement measures were put forward.By means of modifying the arrangement of marks,optimizing the processing parameters of transverse bars and marks,and formulating the processing standards,the wave bending of deformed steel bar has been significantly improved.The maximum bending per meter is about 3 mm,and the total bending and bending per meter are controlled within the range of the standard requirements.The unplanned roll and hole changing time is reduced which improves the production efficiency and product quality.
