摘要
如何同时保证高输出风温和低污染物排放成为热风炉技术研究的新方向。对山西建龙1#高炉配套的顶燃式悬链线热风炉进行了研究分析,证明通过合理配置燃烧器和蓄热体格子砖,优化热风炉烟气流场分布,提高蓄热体换热效率,降低热风炉拱顶温度和输出风温温差等技术途径,可实现顶燃式悬链线热风炉高输出风温和低氮氧化物排放的双重目的。
Ensuring high output air temperature and low pollutant emission at the same time has become a new direction of hot blast stove technology research.The top burning catenary hot blast stove of No.1 blast furnace in Shanxi Jianlong is studied and analyzed.It is proved that through measures of the reasonable allocation of regenerator and checker bricks,optimizing the distribution of flue gas flow field of stove,improving the heat exchange efficiency,decreasing the stove vault temperature and temperature difference of output air,the double purposes of high output air temperature and low NOx emission of top burning catenary hot blast stove can be realized.
