摘要 生态环境的保护对钢铁企业至关重要,而管控治一体化平台的建立则是对环境保护工作的有力支持。基于“互联网+”,钢铁企业环保管控治一体化平台将大气基础科学、环境治理经验与云计算、大数据等先进技术相融合,通过设置感知层、平台层和应用层,具备了全方位无组织颗粒物检测、环保设备在线率统计、PM2.5、PM10小时变化趋势分析及首要污染物占比、空气质量占比分析等功能,可满足现有形势下高效治理、精准治理、低能耗治理的综合环保要求。 The ecological environment protection is very important for iron and steel enterprises,and the establishment of management and control integration platform is a strong support for environmental protection.Based on the"Internet plus",the management and control integration platform for environmental protection of steel enterprise integrates the advanced technology of atmospheric basic science,environmental governance with cloud computing and big data.By setting the perception layer,platform layer and application layer,the platform has the functions of all-round unorganized particle detection,online rate statistics of environmental protection equipment,PM2.5,PM10 hour change trend analysis,primary pollutant proportion,air quality proportion analysis,etc.,which can meet the comprehensive environmental protection requirements of efficient governance,accurate governance and low energy consumption governance under the current situation.
