摘要
介绍了河钢邯钢构建与实施多维度质量绩效监视和评价体系的有效做法。从基本内涵出发,通过内部用户产品质量及服务监视、外部顾客绩效监视、制造过程绩效监视、体系审核等绩效监视环节,以及产品一次合格率、质量持续改进项目完成率等绩效评价方法,建立了完善的质量管理体系。该体系将质量绩效管理综合化,融合了PDCA循环、风险思维等先进的思维模式,强调基于防错的持续改进,能够有效提高制造过程的稳定性,促进产品质量的提升。
This paper introduces the effective methods of constructing and implementing multi-dimensional quality performance monitoring and evaluation system in HBIS Group Hansteel.Based on the basic connotation,a perfect quality management system is established through performance monitoring such as internal users'product quality and service monitoring,external customers'performance monitoring,manufacturing process performance monitoring and system audit,and performance evaluation methods of product first pass rate and quality continuous improvement project completion rate.The system integrates quality performance management,PDCA cycle,risk thinking and other advanced thinking modes,and emphasizes continuous improvement based on error proofing,which can effectively improve the manufacturing process stability and promote the product quality improvement.
