虎符铜砭刮痧联合温经汤治疗寒凝血瘀型闭经的临床研究

Treating amenorrhea of the Hanning Xueyu type by Hufu Tongbian Guasha plus the Wenjing decoction

目的:探讨虎符铜砭刮痧联合温经汤治疗寒凝血瘀型闭经的疗效。方法:按照随机数字法将2019年1-12月本院收治的80例寒凝血瘀型闭经患者分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组采用温经汤治疗,观察组采用虎符铜砭刮痧联合温经汤治疗,两组连续治疗12周。观察两组的治疗效果,比较治疗前后两组的中医证候积分、卵巢及子宫动脉血流指标,包括动脉收缩期最大流速(Peak Systolic Velocity,PSV)、血管阻力指数(Resistance Index,RI)、血管搏动指数(Pulsatility Index,PI)。记录两组不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的中医证候积分、卵巢及子宫RI、PI均明显降低(P<0.05);卵巢及子宫PSV均明显增高(P<0.05);观察组的中医证候积分、卵巢及子宫RI、PI均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);卵巢及子宫PSV均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:虎符铜砭刮痧联合温经汤治疗寒凝血瘀型闭经的疗效明显,能够显著改善卵巢及子宫的动脉血流。

Objective:To explore efficacy of Hufu Tongbian Guasha(虎符铜砭刮痧)plus the Wenjing decoction(温经汤)on amenorrhea of the Hanning Xueyu type(寒凝血瘀型).Methods:80 patients were divided into the control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the Wenjing decoction,and the observation group was treated by Hufu Tongbian Guasha with the Wenjing decoction.The two groups were treated for 12 weeks.The treatment effects and adverse reactions in two groups were observed.Before and after treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,ovarian and uterine arterial blood flow indexes in two groups were compared,including PSV,RI and PI.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,RI and PI of ovaries and uterus in the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and PSV in ovary and uterus were significantly increased(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes,RI and PI of ovaries and uterus in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).PSV of ovary and uterus in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hufu Tongbian Guasha plus the Wenjing decoction on amenorrhea of the Hanning Xueyu type shows good effects,can significantly improve the arterial blood flow of the ovary and uterus.
