鼠神经生长因子联合中医针灸对正己烷中毒所致周围神经病患者的临床疗效分析

Efficacy of mNGF plus acupuncture on peripheral neuropathy caused by N-hexane poisoning

目的:分析因正已烷中毒造成的周围神经病患者应用中医针灸+鼠神经生长因子(mouse Nerve Growth Factor,mNGF)治疗的效果。方法:本研究以2014年1月-2019年12月我院收治34例正已烷中毒致周围神经病患者,根据入院先后顺序将其分为两组,各17例,观察组使用中医针灸+西药mNGF治疗,对照组仅使用mNGF治疗,记录两组神经传导速度与症状积分。结果:分析,两组症状积分治疗前对比,统计学差异不明显(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)治疗后,观察组各感觉神经传导速度(Sensory Nerve Conduction Velocity,SCV)与运动神经传导速度(Motor Nerve Conduction Velocity,MCV)均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Fugl-Meyer评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对正已烷中毒致周围神经病患者采用中西结合治疗,相比于单纯mNGF治疗效果更好,联合治疗可有效改善患者症状积分,提高神经传导速度,对改善躯干运动功能、及预后结果具有积极作用,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of acupuncture plus mouse Nerve Growth Factor(mNGF)in patients with peripheral neuropathy caused by N-hexane poisoning.Methods:34 patients were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,each with 16 cases.The observation group applied acupuncture plus mNGF.The control group was treated with mNGF only.Results:The symptom scores in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The conduction velocities of SCV and MCV in each nerve in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Fugl-Meyer score in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine improves symptom score and nerve conduction velocity and trunk motor function and prognosis,and is worthy of promotion.
