中药天竺雾化剂治疗慢性咽炎的临床观察研究

Clinical observation on treating chronic pharyngitis with the Tianzhu nebulizer

目的:分析中药天竺雾化剂对慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的80例慢性咽炎患者为试验样本,按照随机双盲法将其分为观察组(40例)与对照组(40例),对照组采取庆大霉素联合地塞米松雾化吸入治疗,观察组采取中药天竺雾化剂治疗,就其疗效、症状体征改善情况等6项指标进行对比。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,治疗后3个月内疾病复发率明显低于对照组,各项症状积分明显低于对照组,各项症状缓解时间明显短于对照组,淋巴细胞、白细胞、中性粒细胞水平均低于对照组,治疗满意度明显高于对照组,组间比较P<0.05。两组患者在治疗期间均未出现明显的不良反应,治疗安全性较高。结论:中药天竺雾化剂在治疗慢性咽炎中具有显著的临床疗效,可有效改善其相关临床症状,降低其炎性因子水平,且无明显的不良反应,深受患者好评,建议在临床中推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of the Tianzhu nebulizer(天竺雾化剂)on chronic pharyngitis.Methods:80 cases were selected as test samples and divided into the observation group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases)according to the random double-blind method.The control group was treated with gentamicin plus dexamethasone nebulization-inhalation,and the observation group was treated with the Tianzhu nebulizer.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The disease recurrence within 3 months and the scores of various symptoms after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The symptom relief time in the observation group was significantly shorter.The levels of lymphocytes,leukocytes,and neutrophils in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the treatment satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.There was no obvious adverse reaction in the groups,and the treatment was safer.Conclusion:The Tianzhu nebulizer shows significant clinical efficacy on chronic pharyngitis,can effectively improve related clinical symptoms,reduce its inflammatory factor levels,and with no obvious adverse reaction.This therapy is well received by patients,and is recommended to be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
