李步双副教授临证治疗颈性眩晕经验总结

Experience of associate professor Li Bushuang in treating cervical vertigo

颈性眩晕是临床常见病,目前对颈性眩晕的治疗西医无明确的治疗方法,中医推拿手法在治疗颈源性疾病有着自己的独特优势。李步双副教授认为颈性眩晕是由于颈部病变刺激椎动脉及交感神经引起椎-基底动脉供血不足所致的眩晕。根据椎动脉的循行路线及结合"天地人"三才理论,提出"分部分层"的理筋整复手法;通过全面的检查,综合分析,确定病变节段及深度(定位),辨证与辨病结合(定性),治疗时筋骨同治,手法讲究因势利导、轻重结合、因人制宜,做到柔和、深透、持久、有力。其根据现代解剖的定位诊断、辨证与辨病的定性诊断、分部分层理筋整复手法治疗颈性眩晕等经验,在临床运用中相得益彰,达到了机触于外,巧生于内,手随心转,法从手出的效果。

Cervical vertigo is a common clinical disease.At present,Western medicine show little effect on cervical vertigo.Massage has its own unique advantages in the treatment of cervical diseases.Associate Professor Li Bushuang believes that cervical vertigo is caused by the vertebral arteries and sympathetic nerves that stimulate the vertebral arteries and sympathetic nerves in the neck.According to the route of the vertebral artery and the theory of three talents,part-by-layer in tendon restoration technique was put forward.Through a comprehensive inspection and comprehensive analysis,the diseased segment and depth(location)were determined,and differentiation symptoms and differentiation treatment were combined.Muscles and bones were treated at the same,and manipulation was applied.Based on the modern anatomical positioning diagnosis,the qualitative diagnosis of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation,and the partial layered tendon restoration technique were applied in treating cervical vertigo,with good efficacy.
