摘要
2型糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病患者较为常见的并发症之一,对患者的生活质量造成了严重的影响。黄芪桂枝五物汤为中医经方,彭宝虹导师结合对于2型糖尿病周围神经病变气虚血瘀证的基本病机认识,应用经方黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治以益气活血化瘀通络,治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变气虚血瘀证疗效显著。本文结合案例对黄芪桂枝五物汤2型糖尿病周围神经病变气虚血瘀证进行分析。
Objective:Type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy is one of the familiar complications in patients with diabetes,caused serious impact to the patient’s quality of life.The Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction(黄芪桂枝五物汤)for TCM classics,Combined with Qi(气)deficiency blood stasis syndrome of type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy basic pathogenesis,Peng Baohong apply the Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction for benefiting Qi and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,the effects is remarkable.This paper analyzes the syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis in type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy with the Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction.
