补中益肾方治疗非终末期慢性肾脏病蛋白尿的随机对照研究

A controlled study on the Buzhong Yishen prescription in treating proteinuria of non-end-stage chronic kidney disease

目的:通过口服补中益肾方以补脾升清、益肾开阖,从而达到减少蛋白尿的排出、延缓肾脏病进展的效果,更好的保护肾功能。方法:采用随机对照的方法将符合纳入标准的96例非终末期慢性肾脏病患者分成两组,治疗组47例予以补中益肾方+氯沙坦钾片,对照组49例仅予以氯沙坦钾片,1个月后观察两组患者治疗前后各项相关指标,并进行比较分析。结果:治疗组治疗后24小时尿蛋白定量比治疗前显著下降,对照组治疗后24小时尿蛋白定量也有所下降,但下降幅度较治疗组小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗组治疗后血肌酐、尿素氮水平下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论:补中益肾方治疗非终末期慢性肾脏病蛋白尿的临床疗效显著,且能更好的保护肾功能。

Objective:Through Bupi Shengqing(补脾升清),Yishen Kaihe(益肾开阖),the effect of reducing the excretion of urine protein,delaying the progress of kidney disease was tonified,to better protecting the kidney function.Methods:96 cases were randomized into two groups.47 patients in the treatment group were given the Buzhong Yishen prescription(补中益肾方)plus losartan potassium tablets,and 49 patients in the control group were given losartan potassium tablets.Results:After treatment,24 hours urine protein was significantly lower in two group,and the decrease in the control group was smaller than the treatment group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,blood creatinine and urea nitrogen levels were decreased more significantly in the treatment group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Buzhong Yishen prescription shows a significant effect on proteinuria of non-end-stage chronic kidney disease,and better protection of kidney function.
