乳腺血氧功能与三算子成像系统联合ABVS诊断乳腺良恶性肿瘤的应用价值

Application value of breast blood oxygen function and three-operator imaging system combined ABVS in the diagnosis of breast benign and malignant tumors

目的:运用乳腺血氧功能与三算子成像(以下简称血氧三算子)联合自动乳腺全容积扫描(ABVS)诊断乳腺良恶性肿瘤应用价值。方法:对2017年12月-2019年12月期间因乳腺肿物就诊我科的130例患者均进行血氧三算子和ABVS检查,以手术病理诊断作为金标准,评价两种检查单独使用及联合使用的准确性、敏感性以及特异性。结果:130例患者中术后病理结果示,良性72个,恶性58个。血氧三算子检查的疾病单独诊断准确率为90.77%(118/130)、敏感性为91.38%(53/58),特异性90.28%(65/72);ABVS的疾病单独诊断准确率为90.77%(118/130)、敏感性为93.10%(54/58),特异性88.89%(64/72);而血氧三算子联合ABVS应用的疾病诊断准确率为92.31%(120/130)、敏感性为96.55%(56/58),特异性88.89%(64/72),明显优于两者单独应用,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血氧三算子、ABVS均是较新的乳腺检查方法,均具有较高的疾病诊断准确率,而两者联合使用可以更进一步提高诊断的准确率,值得在临床推广。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical diagnostic value of three-operators and blood-oxygen functional Image(TOBOFI)combined automated breast volume scanner(ABVS)in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses.Methods:The 130 patients with breast lumps in our hospital were examined by TOBOFI and ABVS.The diagnosis sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were calculated for each imaging modality after the pathological diagnosis.Results:The postoperative pathological results of 130 patients showed that 72 were benign and 58 were malignant.The single diagnosis accuracy rate of blood oxygen three-counter examination is 90.77%(118/130),the sensitivity is 91.38%(53/58),and the specificity is 90.28%(65/72).The single diagnosis accuracy rate of ABVS is 90.77%(118/130),sensitivity of 93.10%(54/58),specificity of 88.89%(64/72),and the accuracy rate of the disease diagnosis of blood oxygen three-operator combined with ABVS is 92.31%(120/130),the sensitivity was 96.55%(56/58),the specificity was 88.89%(64/72),which was significantly better than the two alone,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TOBOFI and ABVS both had advantages in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses.The detection rate and diagnosis accuracy increase when the two methods were used at the same time.
