小青龙汤联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗老年慢性慢性呼吸衰竭的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of the Xiaoqinglong decoction with atomized inhalation of budesonide suspension on chronic chronic respiratory failure in the elderly

目的:探究小青龙汤联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗老年慢性呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2019年1-12月收治的78例老年慢性呼吸衰竭患者,分为对照组和观察组各39例。对照组采用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合小青龙汤治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率,中医主要症状评分,治疗前后动脉血氧分压(Arterial partial oxygen pressure,PaO_(2))、动脉血二氧化碳分压(Partial Pressure of Carbon Dioxide,PaCO_(2))、酸碱值(pH值)各动脉血气分析指标,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。在咳嗽、咳痰、喘息、气促等症状评分方面,两组治疗后均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。在PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)、pH方面,两组治疗后均优于治疗前,且观察组PaO_(2)和pH值高于对照组,PaCO_(2)低于对照组。两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入联合小青龙汤治疗老年慢性呼吸衰竭疗效确切,能缓解并改善症状体征,改善动脉血气分析指标,值得临床推广及应用。

Objective:To explore efficacy of the Xiaoqinglong decoction(小青龙汤)with budesonide suspension inhalation on chronic respiratory failure in the elderly.Methods:78 patients were divided into the control group and observation group,39 cases in each.The control group was treated with budesonide suspension atomization inhalation,and the observation group was treated with the Xiaoqinglong decoction more.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of symptoms were lower in the two groups after treatment than before treatment,and those in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of PaO_(2),PaCO_(2),and pH,the two groups were better after treatment than before,and the PaO_(2) and pH values in the observation group were higher than the control group,and PaCO_(2) was lower than the control group.The difference of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide suspension inhalation with the Xiaoqinglong decoction was effective.
