自拟益肺汤治疗特发性肺间质纤维化继发慢性呼吸衰竭临床观察

Clinical observation on treating chronic respiratory failure secondary to idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis with the self-made Yifei decoction

目的:探讨自拟益肺汤治疗特发性肺间质纤维化继发慢性呼吸衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法:收集来我院进行治疗的82例患者的临床资料。按照不同治疗方案分为观察组41例和对照组41例。对照组予西医治疗。观察组在西医治疗的基础上,给予自拟益肺汤治疗。观察疗效、中医症状积分、血气分析指标变化情况。结果:观察组干预后中医症状积分低于干预前和对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后血气分析二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、碳酸氢根(HCO3)低于干预前和对照组(P<0.05),氧饱和度(SaO_(2))、氧分压(PaO_(2))、pH高于干预前和对照组。结论:自拟益肺汤治疗特发性肺间质纤维化继发慢性呼吸衰竭,可促进症状缓解,进一步改善患者预后,应用价值较高。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the self-made Yifei decoction(益肺汤)on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis secondary to chronic respiratory failure.Methods:82 patients were divided into the observation group(41 cases)and control group(41 cases).The control group was given Western medicine.The observation group was treated with the self-made Yifei decoction more.Results:the TCM symptom score in the observation group after intervention was lower than before intervention and the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,PaCO_(2) and HCO3 in the observation group were lower than before intervention and the control group(P<0.05),and SaO_(2),PaO_(2) and pH in the observation group were higher than before the intervention and the control group.Conclusion:The Yifei decoction on chronic respiratory failure secondary to idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis can promote the remission of symptoms,further improve the prognosis of patients,and it has high application value.
