充血性心力衰竭的中医治疗效果分析

An analysis of the effect of TCM treatment on congestive heart failure

目的:探究充血性心力衰竭的中医治疗效果。方法:选取充血性心力衰竭患者72例,在我院于2018年9月-2019年9月进行治疗,按照接诊顺序奇偶性分为观察组及对照组,两组各36例。选择中医的方式治疗的是观察组,择单纯西药治疗的是对照组。对比两组临床疗效、中医证候积分情况、心功能变化、生活质量情况。结果:相较于对照组24例,观察组的临床治疗总有效率为34例更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组的中医证候积分对比无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是在治疗后,相较于对照组,观察组的次症、主症、总积分显著较低,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组的心功能对比无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是在治疗后,相较于对照组,观察组的心功能均显著提升,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组的精神状态、生理功能、情感职能、社会功能的生活质量评分均较高,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对充血性心力衰竭患者,采用中医的方式治疗,可显著改善生活质量,取得极佳的治疗效果,改善心功能,加快康复速度,具有临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of TCM treatment on congestive heart failure.Methods:72 patients were divided into the observation group and control group according to the order of admission,with 36 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with TCM medicine,and the control group was treated in Western medicine alone.Results:Compared with 24 cases in the control group,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher in 34 cases(P<0.05).The TCM symptoms of the two groups before treatment and the score comparison was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but after treatment,compared with the control group,the secondary symptoms,main symptoms,and total scores in the observation group were significantly lower,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cardiac function of the first two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but after treatment,compared with the control group,the cardiac function in the observation group was significantly improved,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had higher quality of life scores for mental state,physiological function,emotional function,and social function,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with congestive heart failure,the use of TCM medicine can significantly improve the quality of life of the patients,achieve excellent therapeutic effects,improve the patient’s heart function,and speed up the recovery of the disease.It has clinical application value.
