摘要
胃痞病是老年人常见病,发病率比青壮年高。文章探讨治疗老年人胃痞病的诊治经验,分析病因病机,通过两则验案,分享临床体会。老年人多本虚标实,虚实夹杂,病程迁延,医治时用药宜平和,益脾重理气,养胃用甘平,补而不滞,温而不燥,滋而不腻。
Weipi(胃痞)is a common disease in the elderly,and its incidence is higher than young adults.The article discusses the diagnosis and treatment experience of the treatment of gastric tuberculosis in the elderly,analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis,passes two test cases,and shares the clinical experience.In the elderly,there are many deficiency and excess deficiency,mixed deficiency and excess,and the course of the disease is prolonged.During treatment,the medication should be gentle,benefiting the spleen and regulating qi,and using mild-sweet medicine for nourishing the stomach.
