肝胃郁热型消化性溃疡应用清浊安中汤治疗的临床效果观察

Clinical observation on treating peptic ulcer of the Ganwei Yure type with the Qingzhuo Anzhong decoction

目的:探究肝胃郁热型消化性溃疡应用清浊安中汤治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2016年4月-2018年8月我院收治的98例肝胃郁热型消化性溃疡患者为研究对象,采取单双数字方式分为两组,单数为试验组,双数为对照组,对照组予常规治疗,试验组予常规治疗联合清浊安中汤。对比两组治疗总有效率与治疗前后主症积分、次症积分、治疗前后溃疡面积、血清指标变化与随访过程中出现的复发率与幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter Pylori,Hp)再感染率。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的证候积分、次症积分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组证候积分、次症积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者溃疡面积、血清指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,试验组患者的溃疡面积、血清指标均低于对照组;试验组随访3个月、6个月、9个月的复发率、Hp再感染率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清浊安中汤治疗肝胃郁热型消化性溃疡,可有效改善临床症状,提高临床治疗总有效率,减轻胃部灼热感、胃脘疼痛等,同时缩小溃疡面积,降低血清炎症因子水平、复发率与Hp再感染率,有重要临床价值,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the Qingzhuo Anzhong decoction(清浊安中汤)on peptic ulcer of the Ganwei Yure type(肝胃郁热型).Methods:98 cases were divided into two groups by means of odd and even numbers.The control group of the even number received conventional treatment,and the test group of the odd number took conventional treatment plus the Qingzhuo Anzhong decoction.Results:The total efficiency in the test group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the main syndrome scores and secondary syndrome scores in the test group were lower than the control group,P<0.05,and ulcer area and serum indexes in the test group were lower than the control group.The recurrence and Hp reinfection in the test group were lower than the control group in 3 months,6 months and 9 months,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Th Qingzhuo Anzhong decoction on peptic ulcer of the Ganwei Yure type can effectively ameliorate clinical symptoms,improve clinical efficiency,reduce stomach burning sensation,gastric pain,ulcer area,serum inflammation factor levels,recurrence and Hp reinfection,with important clinical value,and is worthy of promotion and application.
