半夏泻心汤联合桂枝人参汤的临床效果探析

The clinical effects of the Banxia Xiexin decoction plus the Guizhi Renshen decoction

目的:分析半夏泻心汤联合桂枝人参汤治疗胃溃疡的临床效果。方法:将72例胃溃疡患者随机分组,每组36例。对照组予常规西医方法治疗,观察组予半夏泻心汤联合桂枝人参汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果、症状改善情况及复发情况。结果:对照组治疗总有效率低于观察组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组胃脘部不适、嗳气、泛酸、腹胀症状评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比,观察组不良反应发生率显著下降(P<0.05),治疗后观察组幽门螺杆菌(Hp)转阴率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);1年后疾病复发率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤联合桂枝人参汤治疗胃溃疡疗效确切,可明显减轻临床症状,且可降低疾病复发风险,用药安全性高,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of the Banxia Xiexin decoction(半夏泻心汤)plus the Guizhi Renshen decoction(桂枝人参汤)on gastric ulcer.Methods:72 cases were randomly divided into groups,36 cases in each.The control group was treated by conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with the Banxia Xiexin decoction plus the Guizhi Renshen decoction.Results:The total efficiency in the control group was lower than that in the observation group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of gastric discomfort,belching,pantothenic acid and abdominal distension in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the Hp conversion in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence after 1 year was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Banxia Xiexin decoction plus the Guizhi Renshen decoction shows a definite effect on gastric ulcer,can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of patients and the risk of recurrence,is safe and worthy of promotion.
