脑梗死治疗中半夏白术天麻汤加减联合耳穴贴压的应用研究

A study on the application of the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction plus ear acupoint pressing in treating cerebral infarction

目的:研究脑梗死治疗中半夏白术天麻汤加减联合耳穴贴压的应用效果。方法:研究对象为2018年6月-2019年12月入院的70例脑梗死患者,参考随机数字表法分为对照组、研究组,各35例。对照组选用常规西药治疗,研究组基于常规西药联用半夏白术天麻汤加减与耳穴贴压治疗。比较两组的疗效。结果:研究组治疗后血浆粘度、全血粘度高切、全血粘度低切与美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分、中医证候评分较对照组低,各项指标比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:半夏白术天麻汤加减与耳穴贴压联用于脑梗死治疗中具有显著效果,可有效改善患者的血液流变学及神经功能,值得推广应用。

Objective:To study the application effects of the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction(半夏白术天麻汤)plus ear acupoint pressing in treating cerebral infarction.Methods:The subjects of the study were 70 cases admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to December 2019.They were divided into the control group and the study group,with 35 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the study group was given the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction with ear acupoint pressing more.Results:After treatment,the plasma viscosity,whole blood high-cut viscosity,whole blood low-cut viscosity,NIHSS scores and TCM syndrome scores in the study group were lower than the control group.There were statistical differences in the comparison of various indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction plus ear acupoint pressing shows a significant effect on cerebral infarction,which can effectively improve the patient’s hemorheology and neurological function,and is worthy of popularization and application.
