人迎气口脉法指导下针刺五腧穴治疗慢性痛症验案举隅

Clinical experience for treating chronic pain by acupuncture at the Wushu acupoints under the guidance of the Renying Qikou pulses method

目的:探讨周文强主任运用人迎气口脉法指导针刺五腧穴治疗慢性痛症的临床经验。方法:通过门诊跟师学习,整理病理及相关文献,从理论基础及源流、临床运用与特点、在慢性痛症治疗中的临床验案三个方面展开,分析总结周文强主任运用人迎气口脉法指导针刺治疗慢性痛症临床经验。结果:周老师认为人迎气口脉法源于《黄帝内经》,理论独特,虽在传承中出现分歧,但经临床实践仍验之有效,通过脉法能准确分析患者病位所在及阴阳盛衰,再针刺五腧穴从根本上调整人体阴阳之平衡,又可经脉法评估针刺效果,治疗大部分疾病特别是改善慢性痛症效果显著。结论:人迎气口脉法指导下针刺五腧穴能调整阴阳盛衰,恢复其协调平衡,达到治疗疾病的效果,且脉法、取穴、施针均较为简便,值得临床上学习与推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical experience of Director Zhou Wenqiang for treating chronic pain by acupuncture at the Wushu acupoints(五腧穴)under the guidance of the Renying Qikou pulse method(人迎气口脉法).Method:The pathology and related literatures were sorted out through learning from the outpatient department,and Director Zhou Wenqiang’s clinical experience for treating chronic pain by acupuncture at the Wushu acupoints under the guidance of the Renying Qikou pulse method was analyzed and summarized from the perspectives of the theoretical basis and source,clinical application and characteristics,and clinical cases in the treatment of chronic pain.Results:Mr.Zhou thought that the Renying Qikou pulse method was still effective in clinic although there are differences in inheritance.According to the pulse method,the position of disease and the Yinyang Shengshuai(阴阳盛衰)can be accurately analyzed.Then acupuncture at the Wushu acupoints was applied to fundamentally adjust the balance of Yin(阴)and Yang(阳)in human body.Pulse method can not only evaluate the effects of acupuncture,but also showas a significant effect on most diseases,especially in ameliorating chronic pain.Conclusion:Acupuncture at the Wushu acupoints on chronic pain under the guidance of the Renying Qikou pulse mothod can adjust the balance of Yin and Yang,gain the effect.Moreover,pulse method,acupoint selection and acupuncture are relatively simple,which is worth learning and promoting in clinical practice.
