自制“控油一号方”祛除头油及促进长发的临床研究

A clinical study on the effects of self-made“Oil-control No.1 Formula”on hair oil and hair growth

目的:研究自制“控油一号方”祛除头油及促进长发的临床。方法:此次研究于我院选取2017年6月-2019年6月收治的200例脂溢性脱发患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为治疗组和对照组,对照组使用酮康唑洗剂治疗,试验组使用自制“控油一号方”治疗,对比两组患者的治疗有效率、治疗前后的头发密度和头油严重程度评分,以及治疗后的头屑及瘙痒严重程度分级。结果:治疗后治疗组的治疗总有效明显高于对照组(P<0.05),头发密度明显大于对照组,头油严重程度、头屑及瘙痒严重程度均明显轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:使用自制“控油一号方”具有十分显著的祛除头油和促进长发效果,患者的头油、头屑以及瘙痒等症状均显著改善。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of self-made“Oil-Control No.1 Formula”on removing hair oil and promoting hair growth.Method:200 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.The control group took ketoconazole lotion,and the experimental group received selfmade“Oil-Control No.1 Formula”.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the hair density in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,and the severity of head oil,dandruff and itch in the treatment group was significantly lighter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-made“Oil-Control No.1 Formula”shows a very significant effect,can remove head oil and promote hair growth,and significantly ameliorate the patient’s head oil,dandruff and itching symptoms.
