The construction design,main dimensions and basic process parameters of SWDJ625-1 stamp-charging coke oven parts,such as flue,heat storage chamber and carbonization chamber,were introduced,with key analysis on environment-friendly dedusting technologies,including M-tube smoke guide car for dust removal during coal charging and coke discharge,SOPRECO^(■)single carbonization chamber pressure regulating system,supporting ground dedusting station,anti-deformation multi-stage protective board,etc.It was concluded that this model of stamp-charging coke oven could effectively reduce the coking energy consumption and emission parameters,conforming to the national industrial policy and development direction of the coking industry.
