疼痛护理干预对老年骨质疏松患者睡眠质量及疼痛的影响

Influence of Pain Nursing Intervention for Sleep Quality and Pain of Elderly Patients with Osteoporosis

目的:分析疼痛护理干预对老年骨质疏松患者睡眠质量及疼痛的影响。方法:选取2017年4月至2018年11月福建医科大学附属第一医院骨科收治的老年骨质疏松患者86例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组进行常规临床护理,观察组进行疼痛护理干预。比较2组的睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]及护理前后的疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分(VAS)]。结果:观察组的PSQI评分及VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疼痛护理干预可显著减轻老年骨质疏松患者的生理疼痛感,提高睡眠质量,值得推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the influence of pain nursing intervention for sleep quality and pain of elderly patients with osteoporosis.Methods:A total of 86 elderly patients with osteoporosis in orthopedics department of First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from April 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into control group and study group with 43 cases in each group.The control group were with routine clinical nursing,and the study group were with pain nursing intervention.The sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]and pain degree[Visual analogy score(VAS)]before and after the nursing of two groups were compared.Results:The PSQI score and VAS score of study group were significantly lower than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The pain nursing intervention can significantly reduce the physical pain and improve the quality of sleep of elderly patients with osteoporosis,so it is worth popularizing.
