Objective:In the aspect of newborn′s galactorrhea and sleep, this article mainly analyzes and discusses the nursing effect of General lying position or inclined lying position,in order to provide some theoretical guidance for practitioners in related fields. Methods:A total of 160 newborns were randomly selected from the total period of 14 months from October 2018 to December 2019 in the obstetric department of MCH hospital as the main research object.According to the differences of position between the puerpera and the newborn during the hospitalization,80 newborns were divided into groups, and then the corresponding clinical index data were recorded, compared and analyzed. Results:The detailed data comparison results of clinical indicators are shown in the main body table.Through the data comparison between the observation group and the control group,we can see that the effect of the observation group is better,so we can conclude that the nursing of inclined lying in neonatal galactorrhea and sleep has a positive impact. Conclusion:Compared with the clinical indicators of this time,it can be seen that the nursing effect of inclined lying position is more positive, which can help the newborn to improve the sense of safety, create a good sleep, and reduce the mental pressure of family members and parturient women.Meanwhile,it can also greatly reduce the incidence of galactorrhea, which is worthy of application and promotion research in related fields.
