健康教育路径在突发性耳聋患者健康教育中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨健康教育路径在突发性耳聋患者健康教育宣教中的应用效果。方法:选取2015-2018年解放军第942医院五官科收治的突发性耳聋患者40例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组20例。对照组采用一般健康宣教模式,观察组采用健康宣教路径对患者实施健康教育路径。结果:2组患者知识掌握情况,满意度,睡眠质量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:采用健康教育路径实施健康宣教,可提高突发性耳聋患者对健康知识认知水平和自我能力,改善患者睡眠质量,提高患者满意度,提升健康知识知晓率。 Objective:To explore the application effect of health education path in health education of patients with sudden deafness.Methods:A total of 40 patients with sudden deafness were randomly divided into 20 cases in each group.The control group adopted the general health education mode,and the observation group adopted the health education path to implement the health education path.Results:There were significant differences in knowledge mastery,satisfaction and sleep quality between the two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Health education can improve the cognition level and self ability of the patients with sudden deafness,improve the sleep quality,improve the satisfaction of the patients,and improve the awareness rate of health knowledge.
