手术室个性化舒适护理在甲状腺癌手术患者中的应用及对患者睡眠质量的影响

Application of Personalized Comfortable Nursing in Operating Room in Patients with Thyroid Cancer Surgery and Its Effect on Patients′Sleep Quality

目的:研究在甲状腺癌手术患者中采取手术室个性化舒适护理对患者睡眠质量的影响作用。方法:选取2018年12月至2019年12月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的甲状腺癌手术患者40例作为研究对象,依据双盲法将其随机分为个性化舒适组和对照组,每组20例。对照组实施基础护理服务,个性化舒适组实施手术室个性化舒适护理,比较个性化舒适组与对照组甲状腺癌手术患者临床护理差异情况。结果:个性化舒适组甲状腺癌手术患者临床护理满意度、睡眠障碍发生率、住院时间、术后下床时间、平均心率、平均收缩压显著优于对照组数据(P<0.05)。结论:将手术室个性化舒适护理应用于甲状腺癌手术患者中的临床价值相对显著,可改善睡眠质量。

Objective:To study the effect of personalized comfort nursing in the operating room on the sleep quality of patients with thyroid cancer surgery.Methods:Forty patients undergoing thyroid cancer surgery were randomly divided into two groups of 20 each according to the double-blind method.The reference group was provided with basic nursing services.The personalized comfort group was provided with personalized comfort care in the operating room,compared with the personalized comfort group.Differences in clinical care between patients with thyroid cancer surgery and the reference group.Results:The clinical comfort satisfaction,the incidence of sleep disturbances,the length of hospital stay,the time to get out of bed,the average heart rate,and the average systolic blood pressure of patients with thyroid cancer surgery in the personalized comfort group were significantly better than those in the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The clinical value of applying personalized comfort nursing in operating room to patients with thyroid cancer surgery is relatively significant,and it can improve sleep quality.
