基于模糊FMEA和灰色理论的中子管故障风险分析 被引量:1

摘要 中子管是一种应用广泛的可控中子源,然而目前国产中子管的可靠性水平与国外相比还有一定的差距。基于密封氘氚中子管的结构组成,采用模糊FMEA和灰色关联理论对中子管各个故障模式进行了风险分析,得出了中子管故障模式的风险水平及排序。研究结果表明:模糊FMEA方法和灰色关联理论可有效地用于密封氘氚中子管的故障风险分析,中子管故障风险前5位的故障模式为加速极高压加载异常、管体高压击穿、靶膜脱落、离子源阳极引线断路和管体焊缝开裂。 Neutron tube is a widely used controllable neutron source.However,the reliability level of domestic neutron tube is still far from that of foreign countries.Based on the structural composition of D-T neutron tube,fuzzy failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)and grey correlation theory are used to analyze the risk of neutron tube failure modes,and the risk level and ranking of neutron tube failure modes are obtained.The research results show that the fuzzy FMEA method and the grey correlation theory can be effectively used for the risk analysis of D-T neutron tube failure,and the top five risky failure modes are abnormal high-pressure loading,high voltage breakdown of the tube body,target film shedding,ion source anode lead disconnection,and weld failure of the tube body.
