摘要 生产定型是水雷等水中兵器产品研制的重要阶段,其可靠性验证一直是目前研究的重点问题。基于充分利用可靠性鉴定试验先验信息的原则,在分析设计定型和生产定型阶段产品可靠性的变化规律及其影响因素的基础上,提出了基于Bayes方法的生产定型阶段水中兵器产品可靠性评估方法,并通过实际例子说明了其可行性。 Production finalization is an important stage in the development of underwater weapons such as mines,and its reliability verification has always been a key issue of current research.Based on the principle of making full use of the proior information of the reliability appraisal test,and on the basis of the analysis of product reliability changes and influencing factors in the design finalization and production finalization stages,the reliability evaluation method of underwater weapon products in the production finalization stage based on Bayes method is put forward,and its feasibility is illustrated by a practical example.
