Discussion of the X-Ray Inspection Methods of Metal Cover Fusion-sealing

通过对不同厂家和不同质量等级的金属盖板熔封器件进行针对性的X光密封质量检查,发现均存在不同程度的漏检情况。首先,对比了不同标准中针对密封有效宽度的判断标准;其次,分析了X光检查方法存在的问题;然后,给出了X光检查应注意的事项;最后,对完善检查判据提出了建议。

Through the targeted X-Ray sealing quality inspections of metal cover fusionsealing devices of different manufacturers and different quality grades,it is found that there are different degrees of missed detection.Firstly,the judgment standards for effective width of seal in different standards are compared.Secondly,the problems existing in X-Ray inspection methods are analyzed.Then,the matters needing attention in X-Ray inspection are given.Finally,the suggestions for improving inspection criteria are put forward.
