摘要
首先,简述了加速寿命试验模型的发展历程,基于现有中外文数据库及书刊提取了有效信息;然后,阐述了几种加速寿命的基本类型,并给出几种常用的加速寿命模型、加速因子和加速因子的计算公式,揭示了加速寿命试验的基本研究方法;最后,指出在缩短设计周期、提高可靠性和降低成本的前提下,加速寿命试验将成为一种新的趋势。
First,the development of accelerated life test model is briefly described,and effective information is extracted based on existing Chinese and foreign language databases and books.Then,several basic types of accelerated life are described,and several commonly used accelerated life models,acceleration factors and calculation formulas of acceleration factors are given,and the basic research methods of accelerated life test are revealed.Finally,it is pointed out that under the premise of shortening the design cycle,improving reliability and reducing costs,accelerated life testing will become a new trend.
