大班额下幼儿园开展区域活动的思考

摘要 大班额背景下,区域活动的有效开展有助于促进幼儿的自主学习和教师的专业发展。教师应重新认识区域活动,在课程游戏化的理念指导下,从幼儿园自身环境和课程目标出发,重新调整规划区域空间,开发本园资源,拓展区域材料;进行相应程度的课程改革,促进区域活动课程化,开拓区域活动的不同形式;协调互补保教人员,探寻开展区域活动的有效路径,形成一种大班额下自主化的区域活动新模式。 Large class size,the effective development of regional activities helps to promote children’s autonomous learning and teachers’professional development.Guided by the concept of course gamification,teachers should re-understand regional activities from the kindergarten’s own environment and curriculum objectives to recalibrate the region area,develop the resources,expand of regional materials.Kindergarten should carry out the corresponding degree of curriculum reform,promote the curriculum of regional activities,and open up different forms of regional activities;coordinate and complement the teaching staff to explore effective ways to carry out regional activities to form a new mode of autonomous regional activities under large class.
