摘要
"三助一辅"工作是研究生从事助教、助研、助管以及兼职辅导员的简称,是高校开发研究生人力资源、为研究生提供经济资助、对研究生进行能力培养的重要途径。但在实际工作中存在能力培养不足、培训形式单一、考核管理不精、津贴标准不高等问题,阻碍"三助一辅"工作的顺利开展。各培养单位应注重发挥"三助一辅"的培养功能,创新培训形式,完善考核制度,合理调整津贴,从而调动各级单位和师生参与"三助一辅"工作的积极性,促进"三助一辅"工作的全面开展。
The"three assistances and one auxiliary"job is the abbreviation for graduate students engaged in research assistants,assistants and student counselors.It is an important way for colleges and universities to develop postgraduate human resources,provide financial support for postgraduate students,and develop the abilities of graduate students.However,there are some problems such as insufficient ability training,single form of training,poor assessment and management,and low subsidy standards in practical work,which could hinder the smooth development of the"three assistances and one auxiliary"work.Each training unit should pay attention to the functions of"three assistances and one auxiliary",innovate the training forms,improve the assessment system,and reasonably adjust the allowances,so as to mobilize the enthusiasm of all units and teachers and students to participate in the"three assistances and one auxiliary"work and promote its full development.
