Construction Strategy of Practical Teaching System for Tourism Management Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校是高素质旅游技术技能型人才培养的主阵地,应注意的是,当前高职旅游管理专业实践教学体系与旅游市场需求仍无法实现精准对接。鉴于此,本文结合高职旅游管理专业实践教学现状及存在的问题,探讨了旅游管理专业实践教学体系的构建策略,旨在培养大批高素质旅游技术技能型人才,以更好地满足旅游行业的人才需求。

Higher vocational colleges are the main position of training high-quality tourism technical and skilled talents.It should be noted that the current practical teaching system of tourism management major in higher vocational colleges cannot achieve accurate docking with the demand of tourism market.In view of this,combined with the current situation and existing problems of practical teaching of tourism management major in higher vocational colleges,this paper discusses the construction strategy of practical teaching system of tourism management specialty,aiming to cultivate a large number of high-quality tourism technical and skilled talents,so as to better meet the talent demand of Tourism industry.
