布地奈德雾化吸入治疗新生儿肺炎临床效果及对患儿各项潮气呼吸指标的影响研究

Therapeutic effect of budesonide aerosol inhalation in treatment of neonatal pneumonia and its influence on tidal breathing indexes and adverse reactions

目的:探讨布地奈德雾化吸入治疗对新生儿肺炎的治疗效果及对各项潮气呼吸指标的影响。方法:选取50例患有肺炎的新生儿作为研究对象进行前瞻性研究。采用随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组进行盐酸氨溴索治疗,观察组进行布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。对比两组临床疗效、各项潮气呼吸指标及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组显效及有效率均高于对照组,无效率低于对照组,总有效率显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组住院时间、呼吸困难消失时间及肺部啰音消失时间均显著短于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组治疗后潮气量(VT)、峰值/时间比(TPEF/TE)、峰值/容积比(VPEF/VE)均高于对照组,呼吸频率(RR)及潮气呼气峰流速(PEF)均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德雾化吸入治疗对新生儿肺炎疗效确切,且不良反应发生率较低。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia and its influence on tidal breathing indexes.Methods:50 newborns with pneumonia were selected as the research objects for prospective study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group with 25 cases in each.The control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride.The observation group was treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation.The clinical efficacy,tidal breathing indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The markedly effective and effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the ineffective rate was lower than that of the control group,and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).The hospitalization time,dyspnea disappearance time and pulmonary rales disappearance time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The VT,TPEF/TE,VPEF/VE of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group,and the RR and PEF were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia is definite,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
